PRICING:

It is only $5.00 per month for the first ten items. .10cents an item after the first ten. You don't need to list 10 items but the price is the same as if it were ten items. The first two months are free (up to 10 items). Your free two months won't start until all your items (up to 10) are listed and ready for sale. You can check your payments and balances on your merchant page. Items will be counted by how many are listed during the month, from the first to the last day of the month. The ones that are added and the ones that come off during that month will be added. If you list 100 items it would cost $15.00 a month.

MERCHANT PAGE:

You will have a password protected merchant page were you can see your account activity. No one else will be able to see it but you and me.

ITEM LISTINGS:

You will be responsible for taking photos of your items. The bigger and closer the pictures the better. Take 3 or 4 pictures of each item from different angles. Top, sides, straight on and bottom. I will resize them. I also will need the price of the item and shipping cost. The price you want for your item is the price it will be listed for. I will provide the item number. The item numbers will be on your merchant page with a list of your items. A description, were it's from, type of mineral and any other information you can provide. Also the dimensions of the item if possible. Legnth, height and width is fine.

SHIPPING:

You hold all your items. You will have to ship your items. You do not ship the item until you have your money for that item. I use paypal shipping labels. It saves a little money. Shipping items can be tricky. Items must be packed and boxed securely to prevent damage during shipping. Pricing to ship can be confusing at best. If you have shipping questions you can e-mail me or call me. My phone # will be on your merchant page. We use USPS for shipping. You can use whatever shipping method you want.

ONCE AN ITEM IS SOLD:

If you have a paypal account that would be great. If not thats ok too. All payments will go to the mineralrockmine paypal account. Otherwise you would have to write the paypal code which is a pain or give me access to your account. I don't want that responsibility. Once one of your items sells, I will e-mail you immediatly. I will send the shipping label along with the email.

HOW YOU WILL GET YOUR PAYMENT:

The money will be sent paypal to paypal account. If you don't have a paypal account it will be sent by check.

HOW DO YOU PAY YOUR ACCOUNT PAYMENT:

There will be a Paypal Pay now button on your merchant page. You can pay that way or you can send a check. It's up to you. You will be billed at the end of each month.

WHAT ARE OUR PAYMENTS USED FOR?:

The money will be used to keep the site up and running. Some money will go to administration fees. Most of it will go to advertising. The site is already listed on minerals.net. Also on Mineralsites.com, RocksandMineralTrader.com and High power directory.com. We are waiting for administrative approval on the Vug. Also all the top search engines. We would like to advertise in some geology publications and paid advertising sites. We also hand out cards at mineral and fossil shows and flea markets. We have other promotional ideas as well.
